Welcome to HR Tampa!
Welcome to the HR Tampa Chapter #074 of the Society for Human Resource Management. We are the premier professional association for human resource professionals in Tampa Bay and one of Florida's largest and most active chapters. We are a vibrant group of over 600 HR professionals who are seeking to promote greater understanding of the human resource function through group interaction and the presentation of various related topics at our monthly meetings, network happy hours, new member orientations, and educational expos.
Every member of our local chapter is also an individual member of the national SHRM organization. If you are not already a member of HR Tampa, click here for information on joining our chapter. As a reminder, all memberships are individual based not company based in accordance to SHRM guidelines. We look forward to meeting you at one of our many upcoming events.

HR Florida State Conference
The HR Florida State Conference & Expo is the annual conference of the HR Florida State Council, a state affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Each year the event attracts 1,500+ human resource professionals and vendors throughout the state of Florida and across the nation. These individuals represent virtually every industry and companies ranging from small businesses to large industrial centers.
Programs presented at the annual conference cover all aspects of the SHRM Body of Knowledge. In addition to multiple educational opportunities, attendees will also be able to network with fellow human resource professionals, check out the latest and greatest services offered by an expo hall full of the top human resource vendors and have some fun at our social event. The 2012 HR Florida State Conference & Expo will be held from August 27 - 29, 2012 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida.
